Mixed Feelings About My Stay

I must point out few things. The kettle in my room was broken. I contacted management, but they didn't replace it, so I heated water on the stove. At checkout, staff banged on my door at 10 AM. It was very unpleasant. When I asked about storing luggage before my airport transfer, they refused, this was unhelpful. bad room service.
